Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base is a mixed-use project with the highest degree of industry complexity. The project is designed to create a future super-life experience in six dimensions: "Super Natural Ecology", "Super Landscape Resources", "Super City Chassis", "Super Industrial Headquarters", "Super Lifestyle" and "Super City Landmark", "Super Industrial Headquarters", "Super Lifestyle" and "Super City Landmark" to create the future super life experience, with a total volume of 600,000 square metres, including 358,000 square metres of super Grade A office towers, Shenzhen's largest office tower, and the most complex mixed-use development in Shenzhen. The total volume is 600,000 square metres, including a 358-metre super Grade A office tower, the tallest Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen, a social platform for high-end circles, and the first technology-enabled shopping mall in Shenzhen. The design of the super high-rise tower top is like a pearl of day and a lighthouse of night, showing its unique appearance and light to the surrounding area, lighting the way for the development of the region.
Based on the efficient urban function system of rail transport hub, this project integrates double station interchange + bus hub station to form a micro city. The integrated comprehensive study covers three major functions of residence, service and commerce, taking into account the transport infrastructure and market demand. Diversified urban functions are laid out around the interchange axis to meet the needs of work and life. Under the concept of vertical urban design, exclusive transport spaces are planned through a three-dimensional transport system, seamlessly connecting metro, bus and other modes of travel. The multi-layered public space includes green space, pedestrian community and urban slow walking system, creating a three-dimensional urban vitality place and realising the vision of "ground wherever people go".
To the east of the project is the super headquarters of the Bay Centre, to the front is the crossroads of the Deep Bay Green Valley and the Future City Ridge, and to the south is the azure coastline of Shenzhen Bay, which is surrounded by the superb natural landscape of Deep Bay. Taking advantage of this positive factor, the design creates the "Eye of the Bay" inter-cloud viewing platform on the top of the tower, which is the only one in China above the height of 350 metres and open to the sea, making the roof space of the building an urban cloud recreational destination integrating uniqueness, experience, publicity, scenicity and artistry. The city is no longer just a place of soaring heights above the city. Above the city, there is no longer just a towering glass curtain wall, but also direct contact with the city's humanities and natural landscape.
