GPDP AWARD
INTRODUCTION

In the context of rapid globalization of and creative industries, China International Interior Design Network and the French Institute of Design, known as IFD, have successfully co-organized 9 editions of the Grand Prix du Design Paris known as the GPDP Award since 2014.
The French Institute of Design, founded in 1951 by Jacques Viénot, is a figure for French design. The organization aims to promote design at the service of the person, the companies and the cities.
As the founder of one of the three 'Oscar' - the Janus Award, the French Institute of Design enjoys a high position in the global architectural design field.
The Grand Prix du Design Paris enjoys a high status in the global industrial design field. With the diversified integration and development of the international design industry, the French Design Institute has established the GPDP Award for the global architectural design, interior design, and product design fields. It aims to recognize the most innovative and creative world-famous designers, well-known design institutions, and product vendors in architectural design, interior design, product design, and other fields that meet the international 5E design standards.
