In the interior three floors of the designer building, we arrange the space reasonably according to the changing sequence of passenger flow density, personnel flow, and overall atmosphere: the first floor is mostly open space, where exhibitions, catwalks, and speech activities will be held; the second floor space Divided into training classrooms, material display, and office space; the third floor is for exquisite office, coffee negotiation and small training areas. In terms of functional use and sensory experience, it follows the design law from openness to privacy, from the public to noble, and from active to quiet. The unsatisfactory daylighting location of the original building was opened into a three-story shared space, and part of the roof area was transformed into skylights that can be used for daylighting and fire-fighting smoke exhaust. The newly added stairs enable functional interaction between different areas of the shared space. With the movement of the step, the field of vision is extended. An open staircase on the first floor brings the atmosphere of activities downstairs to the entire venue, bringing more interest and vitality to commercial activities and exhibitions.
