DESCRIPTION

Combining the attributes of Hengqin's location with the functions of the cooperation zone, Zhuhai Huafa - The Great Mogul highlights the cultural heritage of Macao through innovative facade design techniques with utilization of the advanced technology, inspiring planning and natural resources to promote both physical and mental health. The entire project mission is to allow the development of high-standard residential products within the community and promote the society to a more environmental loving and a better future through different challenging period of time.
The project goes through the 3 principles as below:
I.THE GLOBALIZATION As the largest island in Zhuhai City, Hengqin Island is adjacent to Macao in the east. The site is sitting right on Hengqin Financial Island and known as the "International Window", it belongs to the Macao Deep Cooperation Zone and is the core hub of the zone.
II.THE BEAUTY OF NATURE Hengqin Island occupies a long mountain range surrounded by water, numerous bays, and stretching beaches with a romantic vacation temperament. Having abundant natural resources and a superior landscape pattern make this island a passage connecting the city and nature, and this project has the opportunity to become a model for creating a warmer living quarter.
III.THE ENDLESS MOUNTAIN, OCEAN AND THE CITY Being adjacent to the sea in the north, Macau in the east, and the largest mountain resource on the island in the south. With concerns of branding strategy, maximizing the purpose of the site's natural resources and transforming them into benefits for the luxury cozy coastal houses on the Hengqin Island become a significant highlight of the project.
In terms of the façade design, floor-to-ceiling glass window system are complemented by prefabricated aluminum panels that is protruded from the building façade. It allows the residents to capture the mountain and sea views through the windows at different seasons in real time while preventing direct sunlight from entering to interior space, and achieving the purpose of energy saving and vitality. Besides, the sky garden is specially designed for the interior layout of each building. While vertical greening cools down the building, it also provides multiple possibilities for neighborhood relations. The 9-meter-high elevated floor height provides the owners with an all-weather social place. Sky gardens, raised floors and other facilities are naturally lit and ventilated. Gray spaces are effectively functioned as well as beautiful community garden. The above-mentioned is a reasonable living scheme based on the warm and humid climate characteristics of the Lingnan area where the project located.
