DESCRIPTION
The High-tech NEWORLD Office is located at the fourth intersection of South Tuanjie Road and Science and Technology of Xi 'an High-tech Zone, which is the core area of the "Headquarters economic Gathering area" in the development planning of the high-tech zone. We received an interior design commission for the office space located in 7F: 900 square meters of space is allocated as needed for office space, private clubhouse and apartment. We hope to present a space that can adapt to the future working environment, and is unified with the property of the present building itself, and has resonance.
In order to balance the cold of glass, steel structure and marble in modern architecture, the reception area is made of a combination of Milan grey and walnut in the material strategy. The distinct texture contrast of materials emphasizes people's experience in the wooden box. The designer hopes that people can recall their dependence and nostalgia for natural wood for the first time after entering the place. This and Yongchang Henghui company hospitality coincides with the way.
The inner entrance and corridor of the leisure area are naturally formed by the extension of the wall. Through the four glass doors that can be opened and closed, it can be regarded as an independent negotiation space, but also an extension of different scenes in the public area. After the precise division of additional functional spaces, to make this space in a proper position is also a topic we have been trying to emphasize.
There should be a dialectical relationship between big and small, we should be able to feel a larger space through the sight from a small space, and in a large space, we also need to enrich its levels, so that the small can see the big.
The general manager's office is equipped with a reception area, office area and washroom, and there is a separate moving line to meet the functional needs of the owner. The wall cloth extends to the ceiling, echoing the partition proportion of the cabinet. In the way of decoration, the function of the space is defined by the placement of furniture, which conveys a free and quiet office atmosphere. Between the office and the architectural curtain we create an interior courtyard, which not only interacts with additional independent offices, but also adds a sense of hierarchy to the large space by invoking different formal languages.
Efficiency and creativity are the necessary spatial attributes of the conference room. As a place for the company team to communicate plans and clash ideas, the pure uniform space may better express its spirit. "If not necessary, do not add entity", we choose two different textures of material to present a serious rhythm. Finally, in this orderly room, we hope that the Artemide lamp, which represents flexibility, can bring different possibilities to the space. "The function determines the location of the objects, and the added objects affect the spirit of the space. Finally, space moves people."
The private dining space is wrapped in natural wood, and marble is only used on the most commonly used bar and tables: "Luxury" should not be abused, only be felt in a certain scene. This restrained expression is our interpretation of luxury.
The teahouse is adjacent to the waiting area. When customers enter the teahouse from the waiting area, the distinct contrast between Milan grey and walnut will appear again. Using the narrow and long space ratio, walnut wall will introduce CBD landscape into the interior, between light and heavy, virtual and solid, the time seems to be extended indefinitely. Compared with functions, tea rooms need to satisfy people's spiritual demands more. The current modern internationalism is really a trend led by western developed countries, and we also hope to preserve traditional culture while adapting to it.
