The architectural design of the sales center of Wuhan Huafa Park Chief in the demonstration area aims to create a floating living room accompanying with the landscape elements of the winding paths, the exquisite water courtyard and the pontoon which lead the users to the building. The continuous suspended roof-top cantilever also strengthens the design concept of floating. The sales center is featured with its dual purposes of the showcase and the leisure area of the community park which organically blends with the landscape design. The design intends to showcase the Wuhan's local characteristics, which organically blends with the beautiful natural elements and Huafa’s culture on site.
As the sales center of Wuhan Huafa Park Chief and the community green core of the ancient Wuhan city, the architectural and landscape design provide a series of public activity venues to meet the daily life and leisure needs of surrounding residents. The second-floor terrace space is designed by the composite consideration of indoor and outdoor interaction. The façade is cladded in ultra transparent glass panels to blur the distinction between indoor and outdoor area. Besides, the transparent glass railing maximizes the view to the surrounding scenery. The outdoor furniture is freely movable to create a multi-functional leisure space.
In terms of the material application, a large area of ​​anodized Aluminum composite panels are used to enhance the sense of technology and lightness, as well as the promotion of environmental friendly. The second-floor suspended roof-top cantilever is cladded in aluminum panels with wood-grain pattern to introduce natural features into the building. The entire large piece of ultra transparent glass box showcased for an exquisite interior exhibition area is created by the highly transparency and open concept of modern architecture.
