PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

This case is located in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, is a little scarce in the local High Green Rate single-block Villa Group. The original 600 square Gross leasable area, after the expansion to 800 square, the overall structure of the North High, south low slope villa, the main garden level can be understood as one floor, can also be understood as the basement level, a total of three floors, there were some unreasonable problems with the original structure after site exploration, including the staircase being located in a well-lit location on the south side of the house, an awkward and airless overhang above the dining room, and the original living room on the ground floor being a sunken living room, there are problems such as floor drop, after the project analysis meeting of number theory, we adjusted the original staircase location, according to the owner’s needs, reasonable arrangement of each floor’s functional space, we put the bedroom, living room, dining room, the Gym as well as the master bedroom are all placed in the best locations throughout the house with the bay extending south. These functional areas are also important spaces for the owner, other bathrooms, and the kitchen, stairs and other short-lived space or need walls around our placement to the north, forming a south space open, north space closed a large spatial pattern and ideas.

Since the owners are from the 1980s and the children are still very young, their first desire is to have a warm home. So from the moment the garage enters the house to the room, we have done a relationship of temperature progression, layer upon layer of escalation, the garage is treated with a relatively cool color space, clean, postmodern and futuristic, and as you enter the entrance hall, the temperature gradually rises and you reach the garden level through the stairs, which is a space for the host to meet guests for tea and a fitness SPA, we made the opening and closing space interspersed, not only ensuring a certain privacy, but also hoping that the space is more of a welcome, a sense of relaxation. The visual elements are added with some French floral details, and the exterior of the european-style building to a certain common frequency, part of the Olive Green and Tan upholstered furniture, as a decoration of the space, so that the space warm and design sense, along the white spiral staircase to the first floor, more attention to the parent-child relationship and the living relationship, the overall harmony is more warm.

In the bedroom area on the second floor, combined with the children's age, we have made a child's fun and Dream Children's room and the garden room, hoping to give the children a different childhood experience, the furniture are movable furniture, so as to adjust the soft clothing later in life. The master bedroom is designed as a three-bed bed structure. When the master wants to share a room with a child, the whole bed is wide enough space to rest and play. Loft space is also the creation of a Happy Planet Children's fun, combined with the owner's occasional manual needs, the layout of the workbench, e-sports area and children's play area, the rest of the loft space are used as storage space. The overall design has met the owners’requirements on the reception, electrical equipment and living details for children and the elderly from a functional point of view. The aesthetic form combines the modern, French and Nordic aesthetic qualities of space to a certain extent, to create a warm and delicate spirit of the harbor.
