DESCRIPTION

This two-story American-style villa with wooden structure covering over 300 square meters has undergone a complete renovation. It is now a top-quality residence that comfortably accommodates three generations. The owners, a young elite couple with two children, have high social needs and wanted a spacious home with various functional spaces.>
On the first floor, a very spacious living room and dining room have been arranged after the renovation and increase of floor height. The dining room was converted from the original garage, and the enclosed roof space was opened up to increase the window area in the upper part, allowing more daylight to enter. A wide passageway connects the circulation to each space, with the staircase, living room, tea room, dining room, kitchen, and maid's room on separate sides. The study on one side of the foyer retains its original floor height, with a separate staircase leading to the underground wine cellar.>
The second floor features four bedrooms. The original roof space was transformed into an attic, where skylight lighting has been added, along with a large activity room, a bathroom, and ample storage space. The floor-to-ceiling dormer window added to the attic is a corner that children love to go to.>
The villa boasts a spacious garden with a swimming pool, seamlessly connected to the first floor through a large floor-to-ceiling window. The interior design harmonizes with the architectural style, featuring soft French-style light colors as the main tone. The addition of sculptural steel staircases and modern-style furniture and accessories perfectly cater to the young and fashionable lifestyle of the owners.>
In the living room, the B&B Italia sofa and armchair accompanied by a pair of Poltrona Frau cow hide lounge chairs and a Cantori metal and stone coffee table. The Italian classical high cabinet by Vittoria Grifoni echoes the old piano standing at a corner of the living room.>
The dining area features a LEMA dining table paired with Cattelan chairs. Driade's metal bar chairs with clean lines perfectly complement ALF's western kitchen cabinets. A sleek black sideboard from Dôme Deco in Belgium adds an understated touch near the window, while the tea room features a coffee table from the same brand matched with a dark gray sofa of ATL. The kitchen cabinets and bedroom furniture throughout the house are sourced from ALF and PIANCA.
