What you see is what you enjoy in the demonstration area, not only adhering to the architectural aesthetics of hidden luxury but also carrying a living space with real. Taking the place of the urban luxury of living peacefully, it follows the design concept and spatial expression of resorts and explores a brand-new lifestyle for contemporary high-net-worth individuals.
The exquisite entrance is a hotel-style roundabout drop-off design, let the heart be full of reverence just like being in a hotel. The gate of the community is made of stone and golden aluminum plate with a ‘mountains and rivers’ artistic conception, which is an antique ritual system, and axial symmetry.
The façade design of the lobby is based on the style of the Lalu, using the combination of dark and light-colored stones and champagne gold to create a unique portal display in the region, and also a distinguished hotel-style drop-off experience for the residents.
The courtyard space uses architectural elements as scenery walls and grilles to form a clear boundary, which is divided into the changeable small space and forms a visual connection with the sunken garden.
The club breaks the tedious function of the traditional clubhouse but uses the ingenious sunken garden club design to open up an all-around extension of spatial aesthetics and social activities. The sunken garden space adds a sense of three-dimensional hierarchy to the entire community.
The style still carries out the elegance of the Lalu Hotel and shows a quiet and refined atmosphere. Sitting by the water, chatting under the forest, the waterfront is combined with the gallery frame to form a semi-enclosed space. The ‘stillness’ of the mirrored waterscape while the ‘movement’ of the waterfall in the front create multiple experiences of different spaces, realizing the continuity of the landscape and presenting the dynamic changes of the space.
In terms of function, the social characteristics of the residents have been fully considered. For meeting their needs, there set up unique themed spaces such as a cigar bar and a terrace garden for meeting customers and friends, drinking a glass of wine or a cup of tea.
The design of the demonstration area breaks the traditional enclosed space structure, located in a land-scarce old city center. Along the urban roads, the residences have made a series of concessions, and have expanded the four types of spaces as vibrant street corner park, exquisite and abundant commercial and supporting facilities, hotel-style entrance, and plazas, and the tree-lined scenery organically integrated with the city. It has reshaped the city image of the old town, and at the same time enriching the customer experience.
Through the performance of different details such as space, material, light, and shadow, the space concept pursues the texture and beauty of an ‘international luxury mansion' so residents can experience a more refined lifestyle.
