This project, situated in the residential district of South of Leliu, Shunde. The area melds industrialization with urbanization with its vision to build a vibrant new city featuring industrial parks, coordinating growth, and delightful surroundings. The design blends individuals and space with landscape, unites urban architecture with natural environment and regional characteristics, presenting a grand showcase of scale, atmosphere, and ecological nature for all.
This architectural design utilizes a block of pure glass, rendering a clean and pure finish. The view connects the indoor and outdoor spaces. The continuous and intertwined facade adds light and smoothness with a curved metal.
The building's outer shell comprises paint, champagne, and silver-white aluminum plates with light, transparent high-transparency ultra-white glass, blurring reality and fantasy. The entrance marries innovation with champagne-colored aluminum plates. The double-layer facade enhances the aesthetics and creates a visual focus.
The curving shape, the landmark, shapes a futuristic, stylish ambiance. Its smooth curves reflects fluid natural form and adds charm to the building. Through careful manipulation of proportions and details, sharp edges are replaced with precise, three-dimensional arc sections, ensuring the building interacts with lines, light, and shadow, creating a free-flowing artistic space. The design integrates surrounding park greenery into the building. The garden tour-style design aligns with local conditions to optimize the views along the road. A profound understanding of scene structure transforms this demonstration area into a themed experience with integrated architecture and landscape.
The design merges the landscape feature and structure with fashionable scenes, and capitalizes on a well-positioned brand perception, crafting a comprehensive storyline, and creating a scene design with storytelling as the focus.
Interior Design
The interior design elegantly incorporates elements like coffee and floral arrangements creating a space that is social and welcoming, promoting a vibrant and active living environment.
The space function consists of reception lobby, corporate exhibition hall, sand table area, negotiation area, and bar area. Post-spacing art installations are strategically placed to lend interest and artistry to the space. The design builds a sense of space by creating a transition from small to large, and brings a restrained but opened design touch.
Green space is enhanced by stone-like art paint, bronze metal, wood veneer, creating a seamless integration with nature. The design exudes quality, featuring nearly 4-meter diameter hoisting metal installations and unique forms that fill the space with artistry.

The architectural design of the sales center of Wuhan Huafa Park Chief in the demonstration area aims to create a floating living room accompanying with the landscape elements of the winding paths, the exquisite water courtyard and the pontoon which lead the users to the building. The continuous suspended roof-top cantilever also strengthens the design concept of floating. The sales center is featured with its dual purposes of the showcase and the leisure area of the community park which organically blends with the landscape design. The design intends to showcase the Wuhan's local characteristics, which organically blends with the beautiful natural elements and Huafa’s culture on site.
As the sales center of Wuhan Huafa Park Chief and the community green core of the ancient Wuhan city, the architectural and landscape design provide a series of public activity venues to meet the daily life and leisure needs of surrounding residents. The second-floor terrace space is designed by the composite consideration of indoor and outdoor interaction. The façade is cladded in ultra transparent glass panels to blur the distinction between indoor and outdoor area. Besides, the transparent glass railing maximizes the view to the surrounding scenery. The outdoor furniture is freely movable to create a multi-functional leisure space.
In terms of the material application, a large area of ​​anodized Aluminum composite panels are used to enhance the sense of technology and lightness, as well as the promotion of environmental friendly. The second-floor suspended roof-top cantilever is cladded in aluminum panels with wood-grain pattern to introduce natural features into the building. Spring Reflects Haihe River Project is located in Hedong Dazhigu District of Tianjin. As the saying goes, "Dazhigu came before Tianjin Wei". Dazhigu, the birthplace of Tianjin, has a history of more than 800 years and has witnessed the great changes of Tianjin in the past several hundred years.
The project is less than 600m away from Haihe River. It is close to Jintang Road, Dongxing Road and Metro Line 9, with convenient transportation. Park Lane Manor Project is located in xibeiwang of Xishan. The land is an irregular trapezoidal plot, long from north to south and short from east to west. Facade material with transparent glass surface as the main bottom, emphasizing horizontal lines, using stone to enhance the sense of calm. The overall color is mainly black, white and grey, and the stone material is cold grey granite, which is different from the others. With the gradual progression of light grey, medium grey and dark grey of large area aluminum plate, the rich expression of the facade is produced. The use of a large area of transparent glass makes the indoor lighting more free, and the panoramic canopy connects the scenery to the living space.
The facades combined with the virtual and the solid, the use of glass, stone and aluminum panels, and the reference of landscape and curtain wall show the interest of clean urban life in the post-industrial era. Modernist architectural aesthetics as the background color, advocates efficient, concise, rational new generation of luxury aesthetic, and through the texture of materials, line design, Oriental aesthetics and other design languages, showing the technology and calm architecture.

All these carving, on the one hand, is to change the homogenized urban appearance of the present situation of the xibeiwang region, which lacks characteristics; On the other hand, it is also an achievement of design to let residents find the cultural imprints neglected in the high development of the city. If life can be changed accordingly, it is also an achievement of design.
Beijing Park Lane Manor exhibition center integrates aesthetics and philosophy into the experience space, deducing the low-key and gentle artistic temperament. Based on the demand of green living, the project follows the modern style in the architecture, introduces the natural and elegant style in the landscape, and uses the elegant and simple technique in the hardcover, so as to outline a living picture that conforms to the contemporary urban upstart.

项目汲取中西世界灵感,匠造东方园林意境,打造经典的新古典主义建筑。
由4栋百米等高等距的塔式建筑与文化中心平行而对,构成了都心城市封面的格局。采用新古典主义经典的“横五纵三”黄金比例范式,让建筑更加挺拔庄重,纵向在结构上是媲美帝国大厦的三段式建筑,塔冠,墙体、基座在远、中、近三个视觉维度上,各自呈现出富有逻辑与秩序的美感。
时光的永续,还原东方意象,彰显传世大家的风范;

我司主要承接的项目环境标识系统设计专项,在环境系统设计过程中,注重设计与周边环境的融合度,提炼建筑与内装基因,使得环境标识系统和环境包装系统能自然而然的成为环境的一部分;在信息传达上采用中英文对照,体现情感温度与人文关心,在现代生活的语境下,重构视觉体系,采用酒店化的设计手法,注重细节,融入空间环境。除此之外,深层挖掘,从平面体系、色彩体系、造型体系、材质体系等将新古典主义发挥的极致。

A city shared by ordinary people and “sages” -Ideal life at the other side of the bridge·Citied Utopia
Huangshan North Station, a small railroad station, was once the center of Huangshan City in the days when there was no high-speed railway. Tunxi Old Street and Huayang Water Street are located less than two kilometers away to its southeast and southwest respectively. In addition to cargo transportation, Huangshan North Station still retains partial of passenger transportation function-green painted trains to Shanghai, the hoot of which carried the dreams of people in this small town to the prosperous metropolis. While today, the green mountains and water around this town have become Arcadia for urbanites.

The Citied Utopia is located just north of Huangshan Railway Station, surrounded by the ecological green core of Jinzhu Mountain, physically separated from the central city by the railway. Looking back from the Jinzhu Bridge across the rails, you will see a city being ablaze with lights. A bridge separates the worldly life from the ideal life, just one step away.
Huangshan, called Huizhou in ancient time, is both the hometown of Huizhou merchants, and the birthplace of Huizhou culture. Citied Utopia is located at the core of the ecological green core of Jinzhu Mountain in Huangshan, and enjoys superior natural resources of mountains, water, forest and spring. At the same time,it integrates the former sites of Huangshan Institute of Forestry Science and a supply base of China National Aviation Fuel (CNAF), and is committed to building an ecological, recreational and holidaying cultural tourism destination in a natural area of 2000 mu.

After passing through Jinzhu Bridge, you will enter Citied Utopia and see two paths extending into the main area of the project.
A “heavenly road” running through the mountains reaches directly the southern part of the project. It is about 600 meters long, bridging along the valley, with natural mountains on both sides that are always green.
The other path connects a series of supporting facilities related to the project. Near the entrance of Citied Utopia, there is an experience center for special dining and parent-child activities, a conference center for 1,000 people to hold large-scale events, and DISCOVERY, a non-powered adventure park renovated from the former site of CNAF supply base. The green corridor is about 500 meters long, interspersed with pavilion and other Chinese architectural elements, mountain shadows and clear springs. Gradually, you will find that you are passing from the busy life of worldly people to the secluded garden of the literati. At the end of the green corridor, there is a landscape tunnel. When you walk through and arrive the exit of the tunnel, you will see a natural col, where the mountain springs come down, first moderate and then setting themselves free. Go on walking, you will arrive the Banyan Tree GARRYA Hotel and the Spa Center, which was renovated from the former Institute of Forestry Science. High-end relaxation and holiday services are available there. Go ahead for about 200 meters along the valley formed by the mountains on both sides, you will arrive the main area of the project.

With the principle of respect for nature and protection of ecosystem, Citied Utopia sorts out, integrates and reconstructs the various scattered and unrelated point-like fragments and resources in the area to build a diversified ecological cultural tourism resort community with means of planning, architecture and landscape. Although being hidden in the mountains and forests, Citied Utopia is in the midst of the city's prosperity- the natural resources of the green core and the supporting and transportation facilities of the city enable Citied Utopia to improve its own system on one hand, and become part of the natural, cultural and green supporting service system of Huangshan City on the other.
