PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

Tongren is a well-known brand with its own corporate culture and a century-old traditional foundation, as well as a professional ophthalmology team. From a traditional hospital to a retail store, mid-to-high-end stores adopt an appointment system, and the overall image positioning of windows and lobbies is not for commodity display, but to show technology and professionalism. According to this demand, functions and spatial scales are matched, and minimalist style and transparent glass are in strong contrast with the outdoor scene, full of a sense of philosophy.

PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

White space is full of light and infinity. Everything arises from light, including ideas. White is also the color of light. Optically, white is equal to colorless, but this colorlessness covers other colors. Therefore, white covers any color. As an emerging cross-border discipline, we define ophthalmology and optometry as a rational study of restoring humans a bright vision. Therefore, “light” has become the main spatial clue of this project. These abstract geometrical space light and shadow paintings are inspired by some expressions of architecture.
In terms of material selection, the long corridor-style core diagnosis and treatment area is made of glass as a whole to maximize the transparent surface of the indoor light, visually demonstrate sophisticated medical equipment and professional diagnosis and treatment processes to customers, and create a dynamic space, intuitively awakening people’s professional cognition to Tongren, thereby generating a sense of trust.

These effects may vary with time and place and change, including economic, social, cultural, local climate, government, developers, or other aspects of the conditions and limitations. These forces need to complete analyzed, and not in a positive or negative to be treated.
