PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

The Xi’an PuYi Qujiang project marks the inaugural launch of Jinmao's Pu series. At the heart of this project lies a sunken courtyard of approximately 800 square meters, surrounded by clubhouses. Instead of maintaining the courtyard as a single open space, the designers employed a unique approach: dividing the area into four distinct courtyards interconnected by a central corridor. This layout creates an immersive garden experience, where the corridor acts as a backdrop, isolating each courtyard's visual composition. Each clubhouse enjoys a seamless indoor-outdoor connection and a dedicated landscape: the welcoming garden at the entrance courtyard, the cigar garden adjacent to the executive lounge, the afternoon tea space for the pool area, and the serene stream-side tea pavilion for the tea room. The landscape is inspired by the grandeur of natural scenery, evoking the charm of a miniature mountain landscape. Despite the compact size of each courtyard, the design incorporates monumental stones, cascading mountain waterfalls, soft moss, and relaxed woodland groves. This brings the vitality of nature into the city and to residents’ doorsteps. The vibrant life force of nature is palpable, leaving visitors awestruck and emotionally moved.
