DESCRIPTION
Zhuhai Huafa – The Oriental Bay One is located in the bustling and ambitious area of the Shizimen Financial CBD. Leveraging over a decade of development in the Qinao New City, it has become a mature international residential metropolis. It features six major clusters: headquarters offices, international exhibitions, star-rated hotels, flagship commercial spaces, comprehensive residential areas, and all-age education. With international facilities rapidly materializing, the project constructs an ideal urban living environment based on new urbanism principles. The project has been carrying the mission of revitalizing the area, proudly stands at the forefront of Qinao, with dual coverage of city rail and commercial hubs, enjoying a 24-hour vibrant lifestyle. It synchronizes with the international forefront of the Greater Bay Area, making it a standout among Zhuhai's urban complexes.
In terms of interior design, after the study of all varieties of potential user/ family for the project, the two design styles are applied for the project as below:
1. Elegance and tranquility
- The design creates a calm and comfortable living space in a modern minimalist style, which is featured with the design elements included Urban, Natural, Fashion and Refined. In terms of the materials used, the living rooms is cladded in composite of grey-white-marble wall finishes and up-to-ceiling clear glass partition, which are highlighted by dark grey metal trimming, dark grey fabric and designated wired glasses.
2. Fashion and Exquisite
- The design is highlighted by the details with exquisite quality. An calm and grey-tone co-living atmosphere are expressed within the living space with the modern minimalist style. In terms of the materials used, the living rooms is cladded in composite of white grey marble, beige marble, beige colour fabric wall and grey leather, which are highlighted by dark grey metal trimming, dark grey fabric and designated wired glasses.
