DESCRIPTION

The Shanghai Zhangjiang Xishanyi Science Club is a multi-functional enterprise reception center consisting of four floors, from -1 to 3, integrating conference, tea room, and restaurant private rooms. The design inspiration comes from a longing for nature and a profound understanding of urban life. It integrates the beauty of natural mountains and rocks and the vitality of vegetation into modern architectural lines, presenting the interweaving of Shanghai style culture, New Oriental aesthetics, and modern design concepts, creating a peaceful experience for visitors.
The underground level is mainly designed as a conference space. Based on the outline of the building itself, a room shape with curved lines is adopted, accompanied by soft lighting strips to compensate for the shortcomings of natural light sources. The alternating light and dark spatial experience creates a serene atmosphere.
In the front desk area on the first floor, the green pine trees, symbolizing vitality, perfectly blend with the green curtain wall, showcasing the harmonious coexistence of nature and humans. The scattered cushions, green plants behind, and soft lighting in the leisure gathering area weave a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere, which is different from the seriousness of formal meeting spaces and provides a brand new social experience.
The water platform standing in the center of the second floor is the focus of tranquility, surrounded by a series of independent spaces, with Pascal structuralist glass curtain walls as the exterior facade, ensuring abundant natural light and connection with the external landscape. Each independent space can also flexibly adapt to the gathering needs of different scales in terms of functionality. The interior design of the room has unique elements such as wood, stone, water, painting, etc., combined with elegant vegetation to create an elegant and soft atmosphere.
In the dining area on the third floor, uniquely shaped chandeliers fill the high ceiling, embellishing solemn elements in a simple and elegant environment, adding a sense of ceremony and making dining more elegant and formal.
