DESCRIPTION
In this case, combining the company's own functional needs, development needs and the needs of office staff's physical and mental integration, on the basis of improving the use of office space, the effective setting of spatial relationships is re-established, and emerging design concepts such as green, technology, intelligence, and efficiency are injected to break the general office. The space is too direct, indifferent and repressive to create a flexible, diverse, simple and modern smart office space, and promote the release of the creative potential of office staff through the power of design, so that they can work in an active, innovative, casual and interesting environment. Naturally exert imagination, creativity and thinking power to realize the two-way demand of corporate brand building and significant improvement in efficiency.
The project is located in the central core area of Jinan, the capital city of Shandong Province, close to landmark buildings. In the design process of this case, the designer hopes to use this as an opportunity to combine the growth of the space with experience, and use people as the most positive factor to stimulate office vitality. At the same time, based on the company’s own social identity and functions, design a basis It is a place where different office needs grow, meet the free combination of space, and experience flexible office and alternate scenes.
Therefore, in the space design of the multi-functional display area of the project, the designer pays more attention to the innovation of the application method of the site, and creates an office space with self-growth ability. The flexible and diverse space allows employees and outsiders to interact freely here.
In the space design of the employee office area, it is displayed in the form of an open office space. The designer believes that the quality of the space lies in its support for various exchanges and interactions. The office style of the traditional lattice room will solidify and limit the behavior of the employees, and the lines rigidly absorb the activities of people into a closed entity. A vivid and diverse space atmosphere capable of absorbing various changes in office behavior and making adjustments flexibly: flexible, spontaneous application, malleable and adaptable. It not only solves the sharing of working space, but also reshapes the interpersonal relationship and social network in this situation. The integration of functions makes the office no longer cold.
At the same time, through scientific and meticulous data surveys conducted by the designer team, about 80% of the information obtained with the help of the "five senses" of the human body comes from vision, which is particularly important for maintaining a healthy mind and improving work efficiency. Therefore, the designer focuses on fresh green tones, and the large-area functional green background wall has laid the vital tone of the entire space; while the light strip design gives soft lighting to the space, it is outlined together with the log veneer of the wall and the desk The outline of the space makes the space more agile; the sense of raw wood contains a kind of calm energy, allowing employees to relax and immerse themselves in work.
