PROJECT
DESCRIPTION
Park Lane Manor Project is located in xibeiwang of Xishan. The land is an irregular trapezoidal plot, long from north to south and short from east to west. Due to its 30 degree deflection from north to south to east, it gives the planning layout of the plot more flexibility and diversity. When the previous approach of creating a living environment in a regular and uniform layout was taken into account, the design idea of an eclectic living community suddenly jumped out of the design sketch and became the soul core of the whole project design.

In the whole project design of Park Lane Manor exhibition center, we tried to find a way to explore the essence of Eastern culture with new aesthetic concepts, and at the same time integrate the pure spirit of minimalism, create a new architectural form that can adapt to the development of The Times, and let the Value of Chinese aesthetic return.
Monomer in the center of the Park Lane Manor, in the design of our using for reference the lyrics in the traditional Chinese painting techniques, concise draw inspiration from Chinese landscape and architectural form horizontal level a few brush, simply put the Oriental elegance of the depths of the soul, the so-called avenue to Jane, this expression is very tension for the environment, context, function, mental side of desire expression after fusion.

Facade material with transparent glass surface as the main bottom, emphasizing horizontal lines, using stone to enhance the sense of calm. The overall color is mainly black, white and grey, and the stone material is cold grey granite, which is different from the others. With the gradual progression of light grey, medium grey and dark grey of large area aluminum plate, the rich expression of the facade is produced. The use of a large area of transparent glass makes the indoor lighting more free, and the panoramic canopy connects the scenery to the living space.
The facades combined with the virtual and the solid, the use of glass, stone and aluminum panels, and the reference of landscape and curtain wall show the interest of clean urban life in the post-industrial era. Modernist architectural aesthetics as the background color, advocates efficient, concise, rational new generation of luxury aesthetic, and through the texture of materials, line design, Oriental aesthetics and other design languages, showing the technology and calm architecture.

Beijing Park Lane Manor exhibition center integrates aesthetics and philosophy into the experience space, deducing the low-key and gentle artistic temperament. Based on the demand of green living, the project follows the modern style in the architecture, introduces the natural and elegant style in the landscape, and uses the elegant and simple technique in the hardcover, so as to outline a living picture that conforms to the contemporary urban upstart.
