PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

The project is situated in Qianjiang Century City, which is where the main venue of the Asian Games locates, boasting a prime location.
The landscape design revolves around the conceptual theme of “Six Unbounded Scenes — Scenery Everywhere Within Sight”. The space is palpable, but the garden exudes a sense of boundlessness. The project intends to craft unbounded and private gardens, with a balance between urban context and nature, to cater to the ideal life rooted in the residents' hearts. The plant enclosures offer an intriguing spatial experience, while the suspended lawns and sunken gardens vertically enrich landscape variations. The entrance area of residential buildings are defined by veranda and hotel-style garden. Emphasizing a high-quality experience, the design streamlines functional venues across the community, to cater to all ages and purposes. The landscapes seamlessly integrate with stilt floors, creating a boundless space where scenery permeates, functions complement each other, and inside and outside interweave.
The main entrance of the residential community, positioned on the southern side of the site, integrates the community lobby and garage accesses while connecting to the east-west commercial street. It’s adorned with artistic and ritualistic landscape walls, distinctive plantings and pavings, which form the first entry along the homecoming circulation. The gate at the community entrance is embellished with hand-hammered metal patterns, echoing that of residential building gates and epitomizing the contemporary aesthetics, elegance, and luxury of the project.
Based on the architectural composition, the property has two types of home-coming routes: the "corridor home-coming path" and the "garden home-coming path". The "corridor home-coming path" connects the three residential buildings as well as the stilt floors, seamlessly integrating the landscape, architecture, and the stilt floors. It also makes it more convenient for the residents to shuttle between three stilt floors on rainy days, meeting their needs for daily outdoor activities. Each building entry has a public rest space and a special water feature, which makes the corridor path not just for daily traffic but also for rest and socializing. The "garden home-coming path" is the developer China Overseas Company’s latest research and development achievement, which benefits the buildings closer to the main entrance through exquisite greenery, waterscape, special paving, and other construction methods. It offers a relaxing and comfortable ambiance for the residents and transforms the existing open area for firefighting into a neighborhood garden closest to home by separating it with high hedges.
The recreational facilities in the community are placed in the field of fire protection located on the north side of the project. The project strictly adheres to fire safety regulations and does not install any permanent or immovable obstacles. The landscape design combines the playground, movable outdoor furniture, movable flower boxes, and other features to increase the amount of greenery and provide diverse recreational activities. For the elderly, there are venues for afternoon tea, playing chess and table tennis. Young people have access to soothing plant gardens and fitness areas, while children can enjoy high jumping, long jumping, running and learning there.
