Chongqing, a new first-tier city embraced by mountains and rivers, enchants the world with its vibrant spirit. Zooming in on the home environment, the intersection of rich culture and time sparks a conversation between space and life.
Here in the Jiuli Qingchuan private residence, designers engaged with the clients to revolutionize their lifestyle. The five-story house, though with limited floor area, was transformed by ingenious design. The dining area was shifted to the basement 2, liberating the first floor. Adhering to the owners' habits, the team explored novel living patterns, ensuring the space caters to life's essence.
The partial voids across floors bestow the living and dining areas with enhanced comfort and a sense of dynamism. The design embraces nature, with artistic paint and wood blending seamlessly to form a simple yet refined ambiance.
In the living room, Baxter sofas pair gracefully with Henge coffee tables, while the stone bookshelves exhibit the charm of flexible decor. The concealed projector replaces the conventional TV wall, achieving simplicity with modernity. The handcrafted chandelier in the basement 2 dining room, like a work of art, radiates warmth and infuses the space with a unique human touch, filling every nook with the passion and soul of the design.
