Jiujiang Zhonghai International Community is close to Finland Lake Wetland Park and Mount Lu, with its natural environment and profound local cultural heritage, giving the space a natural atmosphere and cultural spirit. In this case, DaE design takes " Wabi-Sabi Harvest" as the theme, adopts the design concept of "less is more", discards gorgeous elements, presents nature through simple materials, and integrates "double first floor" in the space. The "double first floor" luxury residential space layout, with a courtyard, two kitchens, three halls, four bathrooms, five bedrooms and six recreational facilities, fully satisfies the needs of all ages and creates a new and simple localized living space.
"The city develops upwards, while the 'bottom villa', which extends from the flat floor to the underground space, is an extension of the radius of life downwards." When reshaping the culture of home, DaE Design focuses on localized design, thinking about the connection between space and emotion, and giving each single space a unique temperament. The story will be played out in this place, where there is both landscape and human fireworks.
The 119㎡ ground floor product "The Collector" innovatively introduces the "double first floor" design, overturning the impression that the ground floor product has poor lighting and low practicality. The attached space is connected to the sunken courtyard, with good lighting and ventilation and strong privacy. The courtyard with sky and landshows the "villa life" of a family of six in Jiujiang with unique "personality and quality" from different angles.
