This case is located in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. The property of this building is purchased by Party A. The whole building is a private clubhouse. If funds allow, more investment will be made. The business type of this building is divided into three large parts. The first and second floors are for tea space leisure, and the third floor is whiskey and cigars. The fourth and fifth floors are private chefs and catering.
The clubhouse designed the first to second floors into a flagship store of a certain brand of tea. It is a unique place that integrates tea culture, social, leisure and business functions. It uses deconstructivist design techniques such as block interspersing and color block interspersing to build the first to second floors of the project into a tea club space that integrates tea sales, tea tasting and display. .
The third floor is a whiskey cigar clubhouse, creating a unique space that combines elegance, fashion and comfort for customers, so that people can enjoy the wonderful experience brought by whiskey and coffee here. The design of the clubhouse cleverly combines modern style with luxury elements to create an atmosphere that is both vibrant and rich in background.
The fourth to fifth floors are mainly used as dining spaces and luxurious boxes to create a high-end, comfortable and private space for guests.
