333.5 ㎡ top floor duplex villa is light and luxurious, simple and extraordinary!
The project is designed for the top floor duplex villa in Foshan, Guangdong. The building structure isthree floors. The designer re planned and set the moving line to break the closed isolation of the original structure. The spiral staircase runs through the upper and lower three floors, carrying the connection of life in an open way.
As the main decoration of the whole space, the designer interprets the artistic atmosphere of the homeby using the dreamy blue treasure slate, and achieves the luxury effect by matching the extremely textured modeling and texture.
Inspired by the openness and interconnection, the designer, in order to ensure the linkage between public areas, purposely made a gap between the first floor and the second floor, making them both independent and slightly connected.
The curved golden spiral staircase adds a sense of streamline to the space, making people feel the beauty of lines, discarding unnecessary decoration, and creating a space feeling of "luxury but not luxury,simplicity but not uncommon".
The dining room and the living room are connected and independent from each other. The sliding glass door is used as a partition to realize the random switch between open and private modes.
The piano area is set in the public area next to the second floor open space, which is linked up from top to bottom, breaking the space constraint, so that the beautiful piano sound can fly freely and fill every corner of the home.
Here, the owner requires enough rooms, so we have set up three bedrooms on the first floor and the second floor respectively. The first floor is the master bedroom, the elderly room and the second bedroom; The second floor is the master bedroom, boys' room and girls' room. The third floor is the living room, second bedroom, gym and leisure area.
Bedroom on the first floor
The overall color of the bedroom design shall beconsistent. The log color floor and gray bedding shall be used. The soft decoration shall be mainly plain white and elegant gray. Then, according to the characteristics of the residents, the corresponding colors shall be added as bright colors or harmonious colors to make them have a mood of dialogue with themselves.
Bedroom on the second floor The warm colors highlight the warm temperament of the master bedroom on the second floor. In the quiet and low-key gray background, cotton products, wood patterns and metal complement each other and are full of life. Backed by the light and luxurious atmosphere, the addition of retro dark green pillows makes people look bright.
The cloakroom connected to the master bedroom is meticulous in color and material. The reflection of light on the glass makes the space more fluid.
The change of color comes from the change of the owner himself, and the change according to his heart is the embodiment of the design obeying people. In the simple and steady light gray tone, blue andorange collide with each other, which highlights thelively and active boy.
The color of the girl's room tends to be soft andsweet. Versatile neutral color, supplemented by pink color full of infinite charm, makes the atmosphere of the whole room romantic and soft.
