Changzhou Upper View Flats & Market Complex project is developed by Changzhou Reshitu Property Development Co., Ltd.，it lies in the heart of Changzhou National Hi-Tech District. To its north is the China Dinosaur Park, a famous cultural and tourism attraction in Changzhou. On the south flows Beitang River, and on the west is Dongjing 120 Road, a geographic and cultural showcase of Changzhou, it enjoys excellent access and serves as a landmark in the area.
The project covers an area of 24,000 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 81,000 square meters. It consists of two high-quality serviced apartments and a complex integrating the "Beyond the Mountains" bazaar and a farmers' market.Renowned domestic architectural, interior design, landscape, curtain wall, and graphic design teams have been invited for its design and development, aiming to create an urban landmark that is highly impressive in terms of design and enjoys wide popularity.
Two apartment buildings, respectively an 18-story tower and a 4-story podium. The architect abandons the traditional approach of having a lower height in the south and a higher height in the north, and instead chooses to enclose the 300-meter-long street block interface, making it complete and dynamic.The roof of the podium building sketches out an urban skyline that rises and falls like hills, taking on the appearance of a dragon's head. And the view of Beitang River on the south, through the open floor, is visible in the courtyard. The annex building has several terraces that open to the courtyard, and they produce an artistic atmosphere that changes with the hours and seasons. The atrium utilizes the open space above the market platform to design a terraced multi-layered landscape space, where various community events such as concerts, stand-up comedy, markets, and camping are held in succession. The "Mountain Home" and the "Market Below" become a unique urban living room.
