DESCRIPTION
Taking into account the self-confidence, openness and clear personality characteristics released by trading companies, the design idea of this case is to fully express the personality and quality of the company in a limited space.
A shared and diverse office environment can not only improve the collaboration and communication efficiency of employees, but also create a positive working atmosphere and corporate culture. This is the best explanation for the future of office. Therefore, the original design concept of the program is to integrate different types of office forms in one office environment.
In the early design stage, I learned that the client is seeking a diversified office model to meet the requirements of different work types and the pursuit of a flatter work style. Therefore, in the concept stage, this case abandoned the traditional office thinking mode, and created a new model for the interior design of the office space, both in terms of office form and space shaping.
The people-oriented, humanized office environment incorporates the climax of contemporary office building design ideas to reflect the people-oriented design needs. Regarding the office workers as the center of the office, rationally plan the layout of the office design and fully consider the needs of office workers for office conditions. The design is simple and efficient, the natural environment is introduced into the interior, and the indoor and outdoor environments are greened, which brings a spin-off to the office environment, so that the colleagues in the office can enjoy the office environment and enthusiasm.
The combination of intelligence and office scenes is a successful attempt to explore intelligence in a new office. The lighting in the public area introduces an intelligent system, the mobile phone APP can control the temperature adjustment and brightness adjustment, and the wireless connection realizes the fixed-point adjustment control of each light bulb. The different lighting settings of multiple scene modes realize the free switching and timing switching of various scenarios such as day office, lunch break, night office, conference mode, speech mode, etc., so that technology and functions can be integrated and presented.
Gray tiles are used on the ground to pave the space, which opens up the view of the space. Art texture paint, plexiglass and white latex paint are used on a large area of the wall. The ceiling part uses mineral wool board, gypsum board, etc. These materials have the characteristics of convenient construction, non-toxic, fireproof, sound absorption, heat preservation and so on. The combination of materials and colors together reflects the perfect unity of function and art, and the theme of health, environmental protection and sustainable development.
In the handling of the office space, this case is based on simple and modern design techniques, and the design focuses on embodying practical, modern, and environmentally friendly humanized design concepts. Simple materials create bright spatial forms, and each space takes into account different functions. The contrast between simple elements presents a modern and fashionable image. Regardless of the space division, functional combination, material application, and the combination of color matching and lighting, the entire office space embodies the characteristics of openness, confidence, and clarity, which can not only meet the needs of the office, but also reflect the modernity and beauty of decoration.
Through the design of the office space, various elements are incorporated into the design to make the office space more functional, cultural, and artistic, creating a perfect office space, enhancing work efficiency for customers, and enhancing the overall corporate image.
