DESCRIPTION

This is my second nursing home case. The owner found me after looking at the customer's home in Fudi mountain language city. For this group of customers, they are very clear about the lifestyle they need, so as a designer, I do not create but comb and choose a better way to reconcile the rhythm of their life or emotional transformation. There is no meaningless decoration in the design, and every shape serves the function
I learned from the communication with the owner that the owner usually spends a lot of time together and needs a comfortable and open environment to meet their needs. However, they also have their own time to be alone. For example, when the male owner needs to work privately, the female owner prepares meals. If I go to the second floor and knock on the door directly, I think it is too distant. I leave the restaurant empty and open a sliding window at the place where the study connects with the restaurant. Then the female owner can ask the male owner to come down to eat in the restaurant. In this process, there are exchanges and emotional interactions with each other, which is far more warm than knocking on the door.
The male owner sometimes comes back late from work, while the female owner has fallen asleep at that time. The two bedrooms are not estrangement but respect for each other. But how to deal with the connection after separation? I found that the female owners have the habit of making breakfast. I think breakfast is the hinge of this relationship. I set up a breakfast bar between the two bedrooms. Then, it is not the sound but the hot breakfast that rings in the morning. In addition, I began to think of building a tall tree in the sunken garden, so that the tree crown can be seen in the dining bar on the first floor. After thinking about the appearance of one move, it may be easy for design to produce results, but an object that grows with life is more important to their life. It is also fun to watch it grow up every day
Although the lifestyle has been fixed, re combing will also make the daily life more warm. All solitude needs to be opened with warmth, which is also the core of the design of the whole case
Function division: the upper and lower floors are moved to the garage where the indoor steps are originally required, and part of the garden on the first floor is dug down for lighting. The leisure hall and tea room can also enjoy the garden view
The first floor is the kitchen part of the main living room and dining room. There is a small table in the kitchen. When two people eat, they can eat directly on the small table
The second floor is the study and children's room, and each room has a landscape terrace
The third floor is double master bedroom and breakfast
