"Alice in Wonderland" Hongjian Group Bakery Training is a baking training base under the famous Anhui brand Cai Die Xuan, which combines rich market experience and excellent pastry resources. Party A's positioning of the project is very clear. The whole 5-story building has a total of 9800㎡. The first and fifth floors are used as training schools, with 3,000 square meters. The main functions are divided into three parts: the teaching area; the vocational appraisal examination area; other public functions, and auxiliary rooms. When it comes to specific interior design, the focus is on how to integrate the brand into the new training base. Of course, the reception hall on the first floor and the foyer on the fifth floor are more important. The public area should be both displayed things and also considered for the students, which is also the secondary focus of this case. The reception hall is on the first floor, which is a place where all of Cai Die Xuan's corporate culture is displayed and is open to the entire market. Therefore, there are colorful colors here. Party A wants to shape Alice in Wonderland. Soft cakes, sweet cream... everything about sweetness can be felt in this space, making the air filled with a sweet smell. So, when I design the hall, I think of it as a mellow cake. Cream spilled down by the elevator doors, and Morandi's packaging surrounded the cake boxes. The pink round cabinet is the strawberries under the jam so that every decoration becomes part of the cake. It does that the whole space is sweet. The fifth floor is a concentration of training classrooms. The foyer and rest area on the fifth floor belong to the linkage extension space with the entrance hall on the first floor, which not only has the same theme but also divides the space into primary and secondary parts. The space emphasizes the immersive experience brought about by the sense of the scene. Other spaces are classrooms and exam centers, and the arc lighting of the corridors breaks the dull atmosphere and the heaviness of the exam accreditation. The children's baking training classroom is the highlight. The combination of lively colors and irregular cabinets makes the space a little more childlike without losing the sense of rules in the classroom.
