Xi'an Huafa Center Glorious is located within the seven major functional zones in Xi'an, the project is located in the core functional area of the ancient city. The mix-used project is developed with the site area of 87,200 sqm and total GFA of 330,000 sqm, which consists of 21 high-rise residential buildings and 7 shopping facilities along the commercial street.
In the long river of time, the present will be the history, and the past can also be the future. Art and aesthetics ultimately seek answers from the past. The more it survives the baptism of history, the more vital it is. Architectural design of the project as a medium allows people to feel the culture. The collision of the ancient and modern creates a brand-new cultural experience, awakening the deepest memory and cultural identity of our ancient nation.
In terms of architectural design, the façade design adopts a simple and light modern facade style to express a simple, refined, steady and generous architectural language. Combined with the horizontal and vertical layout in rhythmical design, it creates a modern humanistic community which cleverly stitches together the surrounding history, culture and modernity echoing the art atmosphere. The roof feature of the towers is embellished with champagne gold which creates a very modern and visually impactful lighthouse effect, thus standing out in the urban landscape. As a result, the design aims to create new era classical aesthetic products with ingenuity, fashionable and youthful.
At the same time, the planning follows the principle of "city in the outer ring, hotel in the inner core" to connect and balance the progressive relationship between the surrounding and the community. High-rise towers are placed along the street to showcase the city skyline. Commercial interfaces are arranged on the east and northeast along the main streets to complete the city life, creating a pleasant, comfortable and ecological living environment inside.
