Shaanxi Baiyun Luntao Liquor Co., Ltd. was established in May 2019 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is located in Jia County, Shaanxi Province, at the heart of the Loess Plateau and on the west bank of the meandering Yellow River. To create an extended industrial chain for the sorghum industry in Jia County and to serve as a demonstration project for the integrated development of agriculture, culture, liquor production, and tourism, the company formed a mixed-ownership enterprise with Jia County State-owned Assets Operation Company in April 2024.
