DESCRIPTION
LAND CENTER is built in the central axis of Xi’an and the south part of Chang'an Road. It is an urban complex of millions square meters built by LAND Group with investing billions. The headquarters is at the top floor among 37 floors of T6 tower of the center, including the group office, rooftop garden and top-floor restaurant.
The corporate core values of its designing is “The highest excellence, the best quality”, which is combined the traditional Chinese ink painting with contemporary architectural decorations to create a natural, green, cohesive, vibrant, comfortable, efficient and fashionable office space.
By refining traditional Chinese landscape paintings with modern techniques, headquarters form a digital painting of thousands miles of rivers and mountains, explaining the core values of "The highest excellence, the best quality" by every designing style of office space.
The reception is a counter in the form of Chinese landscape painting. Instead of the traditional cubical unit, the open office area is an interesting space, using different materials and colors to outline the abbreviation of LAND Group. The public restrooms are mainly white and large, demonstrate modernity and technology, while the square and round mirror design expresses the traditional Chinese concept for harmony between man and nature.From the ceiling to the cabinet, the office for senior executives uses large areas designing, which extends the view and enhances spatial feeling.
For designers, visual space is so essential, that uses minimalist approach to deal with indoors, for more about the views and resonates with the environment.
Art brings us more than just the extension of imagination and the vision of future life. It also interrogates humane through the relations between man and nature. In addition to its glory, it is the courage for facing the "history". Standing on the 37th floor, up above the clouds, you can see the skyline of Xi’an, and capture the beauty of Qinling Mountains, the magnificence of city. It also presents life in another form, such as dreams, reality, or thinking.

In 2017, Artificers Said was founded in Xi’an, China, by a group of elite designers with international concepts, which is a professional and systematically managed interior design team of 30 employees. They have specialized in designing of public buildings, office space, hotel space, real estate space, education space and commercial space, soft decoration and procurement also. The values of the company is : ‘Great cause is rooted in tough work, with full spirit to do, not hard’.
Perseverance and excellence determine our attitude in designing, that is, innovative, cooperative, highly standardized, and responsive. In design, we are not confined to any techniques or defined style. During process, we pay more attention to the potential factors as unique settlements, and constantly explore new methods for pursuing the characteristics and uniqueness. With capture of different cultural factors, we analyze each factor one by one to find the most appropriate theme, then get integrated into a design. Therefore, it comes from our understanding toward life, history, humanities and the communication with clients.
We also attach importance to the combination of theory and practice, art and culture, select the latest field information, material usage, and take deliberate steps on every details for realizing the design in maximum degree on the basis of functions.
