PROJECT
DESCRIPTION
The project is located in Fuzhou, Fujian. The layout and scale of over 800 square meters of villa space follow the guidance of living functions, starting from details. Chinese and Western kitchens, restaurants, reception rooms, study rooms, tea rooms, wine cellars, gyms, video rooms, and other empty living scenes are all available, fully constructing a comprehensive and balanced family life private space.
Consciously and clearly divided functional areas and rest areas in terms of functionality: the basement and first floor are mainly functional spaces, while the second and third floors are bedroom suites, all equipped with independent bathrooms, independent cloakrooms, and reading areas.
Separate dynamic and static functions provide a reasonable and comfortable living experience for the space.
