DESCRIPTION

Xiamen Aqua Resort is located in Wuyuanwan Wetland Park in Xiamen. Last year, the Matrix design team has revised and innovated its interior with a new narrative of Chinese aesthetics, peace of mind and the integration of humanity and nature.
Classic Chinese aesthetics are often laid out on the central axis, with magnificent and atmospheric visual effects. Aqua Resort is no exception.
At the entrance is the symmetrical door light. The lobby, meeting hall and lobby all implement the symmetrical aesthetic. In the space, the warm light and the wooden beam wall complement each other, which displays the building's closeness to nature and the elegant style in the Chinese aesthetics.
Rectangular-like chandelier combination extends the length from the view of field. The metal-made rattan pattern matches with the lantern-style wall lamp, creating leisurely fun.
The combination of high ceiling and rectangular finish of the banquet hall shows magnificence. The smooth marble floor pattern is derived from the continuous water maze in Wuyuan Bay Wetland Park. This harmonious combination of artificiality and nature provides a source of inspiration for the design team.
The layout of the restaurant recalls and reproduces the beauty of traditional Chinese etiquette, tidy, clean, restrained and observant. The water-near teahouse uses wood texture as a counter, whose floor-to-ceiling doors and windows extend to the interior space and expand the contact with the natural outside world.
【 Guest Room 】
Inspired by the classical architecture, the guest room is equipped with windows made from thick solemn black wood, naturally dividing the areas according to their functions. Combined with natural landscape, the plain painting depicts the Mandarin duck and lotus leaves with light strokes, making the space fresh and pleasant as the dew on summer lotus.

The beautiful scenery outside the window echoes the elegant interior space. Living room and bedroom are separated to make the line between socializing and rest distinct. The pleasant scenery takes away the worldly disturbance.
【 Suite 】
Modern life can also be reflected by classical design. The interior space has low-key and luxurious wall made from white marble and bright metal lines, blurring the boundaries of time and space and showing the clash between tradition and modernity.

The room adopts the symmetrical layout same as the overall architectural style. The crystal chandelier with the metallic luster shows the low luxury style, and the screen painted a crane with classic, traditional painting techniques shows unique Oriental aesthetic taste. The green wall is fretted, whose strong color can be balanced by the furniture in elegant light tone. Project name: Xiamen Aqua Resort
