DESCRIPTION
U Create Space is located in the commercial center of Kunming, covering an area of 2,200 square meters, which is a co-working space designed to provide small and micro enterprises with a shared office space that integrates functions of office, reception and coffee shop.
Considering the status of small and micro enterprises, the designer starts from the perspective of diversified office space. In the entire space planning, in addition to the necessary office configuration, the designer focuses on designing shared spaces for social interaction so that the enterprises working here can get more possibilities of collaboration and support for development.
Throughout the entire space, the designer incorporates elements of Yunnan's geography and folk culture, such as red-soil highland, trees, sky, and architecture. The large areas of black, white and gray are harmoniously combined with yellow, blue and brown to create a strong visual impact. The green plants everywhere symbolize the vitality of the white-collar workers working in the space.
U Create Space focuses on the concept of "free office" and breaks out of the shackles of traditional cubicle office. We transfer the office space to the living room, tea room and negotiation room, creating infinite possibilities in constant communication.
