THE ONE Supreme Mansion, located in Shanghai Gubei International Community, is a top-tier clubhouse-style residence designed for global elites such as entrepreneurs and artists. The 811m² mansion offers an unparalleled experience as an urban living room that seamlessly blends art and lifestyle. Mr. Guangxu Qian leads the D Design team drew inspiration from 19th-century eclecticism, merging the old with the new, the international with the local, and grandeur with intimacy. They created a unique high-end aesthetic through eight classic eclectic scenes.
THE ONE features five bedrooms, five living rooms, six bathrooms, two kitchens, and two terraces, with a 270-degree panoramic view from the balcony. The 120m² luxurious open-plan living room enhances the golden city view experience. The interior furnishings include luxurious fashion brands such as ARMANI and BV, along with top-tier international furniture brands from the UK, France, and Italy. For the hard finishes, the mansion uses the finest materials such as marble, cave stone, jade, and Italian Tabu wood veneers. The kitchens are equipped for Michelin-level culinary experiences, with separate Chinese and Western kitchens, while an independently handcrafted Italian wine cellar and executive rooms offer the epitome of distinguished identity. The design integrates luxury, intelligent technology, health systems, and contemporary style, reflecting visible taste and invisible luxury.
