DESCRIPTION
With art platforms like K11 and D-PARK, Prince Bay in Shekou builds a cultural and commercial highland based on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area development strategy. China Merchants Prince Bay Apartment Cluster is located in the first row of Gangwan Avenue, Shekou, Shenzhen. A 15-kilometer coastal promenade surrounds it along with three urban ecological oxygen areas. As a result of the comprehensive set of resources, urban luxury housing is now more efficient and with higher quality standards, and it is influenced by Western culture. We aim to create a high-quality coastal recreational area in the culturally diverse Bay Area that will be the most livable in the eco-friendly coastal area.
In reorganizing interior space, it introduces diverse elements of culture and region to interpret the meaning of the stacked and scattered space of building blocks. Mountain and seascapes, combined with natural ecology, create a harmonious environment for oriental life aesthetics, allowing people to return to nature's art of living.
To create an emotional experience in four dimensions, the project uses metal, leather, and marble, as well as blue, green, and white colors. The free spread of natural light makes objects and people fully self-consistent in the continuation of the spatial atmosphere.
Furniture, green plants, accessories, carpets, pillows, sculptures, flower arrangements, and hanging paintings are arranged to maximize the layout. From perspectives of safety, management, humanities, and quality, it presents its owners with a perfect and luxurious residence with mature supply chain resources.
