DESCRIPTION

Located in Jianglin Road, Haitang District, Sanya City, Hainan Province, Luming Homestay Hotel comprises a communal space with three functions (restaurant, coffee bar, reception lobby) and six individual guest villas. The public area was renovated from the marketing center of the original area as a supplementary space for the guest room area, aiming to meet the diverse needs of the all-age vacation. The overall space takes "purity and symbiosis" as the core design concept, and cleverly integrates natural elements into every corner. The lobby brings in plenty of natural light, letting the sun shine on the primitive natural stone bricks without reservation, creating a warm and bright atmosphere. The background wall of the front desk is made of natural wood, its unique texture is like the brushstrokes of the years, recording the story of nature, and it is set off against the large green plants placed in the atrium area, showing the beautiful mood of harmonious coexistence between people and nature. In the restaurant area, we choose real natural materials to give the dining environment appropriate packaging, rattan lamps and tables and chairs, beige paint, stone bricks laid on the floor... Under the rendering of light, it shows a unique texture and color. The dark dining table and the quaint old wood panels add a mellow charm to the space, while the clever integration of glass neon lights infuses a smart and playful. The book bar is a quiet and relaxing place, where comfortable sofas and wooden coffee tables are placed at random to create a comfortable conversation space. We maximize the visual permeability of the book bar, and the light saturates the space in a diffuse reflection way. Create an atmosphere of conscious meditation, allowing guests to achieve a state of inner peace. When the temperature is suitable, the glass window can be moved to open for ventilation and step into the courtyard at any time. Whether it is sitting quietly reading or gathering with friends, you can find a pleasant world here. The six individual room villas light and warm each space through an open glass interface, while floor-to-ceiling horizontal Windows bring views into the interior. Each building has a different layout and furnishings to isolate guests from the outside world.
