DESCRIPTION
Lushang Vanke City Ruyuan Demonstration Zone is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, a city with 3000 years of profound heritage. Dongyi culture, Hanjin culture, and red culture were nurtured here, and calligraphy culture, military science culture, and filial piety culture took root here.
The project is a new Chinese style, with simple volume, steady color, and attention to detail processing. The noble and elegant palace is reproduced to every inch of the corner, using the veins of the mountains, the meaning of water, the bones of stone, and the forest to make a garden in a natural landscape garden.
The sales office is against the Yin'an Hall of Prince Gong’s Mansion, adopting classical proportions to create a magnificent momentum, and refining traditional reciprocal patterns to create exquisite details and interpret oriental aesthetics.
The model room is designed in the same way as the sales office and the door, emphasizing the new Chinese style overhanging, and the door head is meticulously crafted, highlighting the sense of quality and ritual of the building.
For this project, our company refined the visual experience of the ritual system in the royal culture. The main core presentation points are far-reaching, wealthy, dignified, and self-sustaining. Secondly, we refined the tolerant, calm and atmospheric visual experience of Confucian culture and Qilu culture. Finally, we borrowed the most famous sixteen-character heart biography from Da Yumo in Shangshu in ancient Confucianism. That is that people's minds are unpredictable, and the mind is getting into the slightest. We must sincerely maintain the only way of being pure and pure, not changing or changing our ideals and goals, and finally make people's hearts and mind reconcile, and stick to action. This kind of words and deeds are unbiased, presented as a ritual in the way of the righteousness, noble, heavy, and inherited design points, so that the central axis symmetrical layout can be adopted to "advance the order of rituals, and travel around nature."
Make the owner feel a solemn oriental etiquette on the way home. In the entrance image wall part, the imitation copper color process is used and decorated with exquisite moiré patterns, creating a design with exquisite details close to human scale. Moire has the meanings of high elevation, auspiciousness and wishful thinking. In the design, the word "Fu" is designed in the form of moire, which perfectly echoes the "First Blessing in the World" of Prince Gong's Mansion. Bringing up the homecoming ceremony, the name shows the prestige, the family style is full of square inches.
Different from visual elements that can be intuitively recognized, the inner lines in the field, such as the spatial sequence and the relationship between volume, are the "cores" that require indirect experience. The team studied the relationship between the garden map of Prince Gong’s Mansion and carved out the spatial logic based on the enclosing and permeating of environmental signs and landscape;
Environmental signs are one of the most direct means to establish connections between people and space and perceive the atmosphere of a place. The designer creates elegant environmental signs that can be read by sampling and analyzing new Chinese characteristic architectural forms.

The design headquarters of Beijing Jinyu International Culture and Art Communication Co., Ltd. is located in the second phase of the Greenland Central Plaza office building in Tongzhou District, Beijing, formerly known as the Spark Design Studio of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
