This is a case of Hardcover apartments renovation. The old people buy the high-rise house type of Jiangjing, and focus on the quality of the area and community. But the two people do not accept the developers originally with the light luxury texture of fine decoration. We hope that we can help them create a simple and natural, quiet and warm atmosphere to meet the common use needs of two old couples and a family of five on holidays.
According to the owner's living habits and storage needs, we determined the scope of renovation as tatami room→ masterbedroom→ balcony → porch&corridor → guest dining room→kitchen & bathroom. Without changing the original walls and ceilings, by changing the main material finishes, cabinet doors, door materials, solid wood tatami mats, cabinets, TV cabinets and dining tables, the entire space has been transformed from luxurious, unassuming, extroverted, and bright to rustic, Soft, introverted and warm.
When lying on the sofa, putting everything down and going to sleep, he was interpreting Tao Yuanming's phrase "In people's haunt i build my cot;Of wheel's and hoof's noise I hear not."At night, outside the window is the busy urban river view, and inside the window is the comfortable life that I yearn for.
