PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

The project is located in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. When completed, it will be the most high-end apartment in Kampala and the tallest building in the area. The design idea of the landscape garden in the project aims to create a modern and simple, "Chinese and African" central courtyard look and feel. It is divided into three parts: an outdoor swimming pool, a children's playground area and a Chinese tea break area. The complementary design techniques make the landscape attractive to people. A unique temperament that shines before your eyes. Excellent landscape courtyard design can further enhance the overall living experience and brand awareness of a residential building.
The infrastructure materials for the project building are from ROOFINGS, and the cement is produced from Dark Horse, both of which are the best local materials in Uganda. The elevator selected for the project is the world-famous Mitsubishi brand, and the first-tier kitchen and bathroom brands decorate the interior. High-standard design standards and advanced standardized construction techniques not only provide a realistic guarantee for the deepening of high-quality landscape design, but also put forward higher design requirements.
The optimized design of the central courtyard opens up a landscape view for the residents on the middle and low floors, and the optimized design of the roof garden opens up an outdoor gray space for the residents on the high floors. It is both a social activity space and a view of Lake Victoria in the distance, further improving the quality of the building. Residential architecture provides a sense of living experience and premium space. Excellent landscape design contains the underlying business operation logic and seeks high-dimensional unity and balance between design and construction. This landscape project is a good practical case.
The project building adopts a two-stairs, two-family layout structure. The design fully ensures that each household has good lighting and ensures that there is a landscape outside each window, allowing natural lighting and natural ventilation. The project not only guarantees the core property rights of the built-up area, allowing residents to have a great value for money, but also has unique features in the public areas, such as indoor gyms, saunas, Chinese and Western restaurants, wine bars, tea rooms, tasting bars, and cigar bars. , high-end shopping malls and other functions are all set up. The landscape design has become a buffer zone running through the private area and the public area, playing a key role in connecting the past and the future.
