DESCRIPTION

"Lifestyle pixels" as the design concept of the Sales Center of Overseas Huanyu Time Square, the net height of the large space is about 13m. In the layout, boxes representing life pixels are stacked together in three-dimensional space. Each box is implanted with a business form, forming a "box community" which integrates coffee bar, baking room, reading room, flower room, e-sports, sand table and children's playground. Let customers immerse themselves in different use scenarios to create exciting points of experience.
Especially focus on the design of the passages to difference spaces, mixed the commercial atmosphere, the entrance reception space, sand table space, toilet, VIP negotiation, universal post office and other sales office nodes are integrated into the whole tour line. The project selling points are skillfully combined with the design route to enhance the customer experience.
Through the interaction of science and technology, the center creates the climax of peak theory, forming a multi-level design experience. Children's center, children's painting combined with modern technology, the use of scanning projection will be children's works on the wall into reality. On the corridor, the subway dynamic picture created by the high-definition short focus projector, interlaced with light and shadow, gives visitors a relaxed feeling on the way home.
