DESCRIPTION

The project is located in "Baishei Village · Songshuping Village", Shangbali Town, Huixian City, Xinxiang City, Henan Province. Taking advantage of the name of the mountains and valleys, and the picturesque scenery of the mountains, it integrates mountain living, mountain food, mountain wilderness, and mountain scenery into the depths of the Taihang Mountains, creating a carefully crafted "mountain life" secret realm for people with fast-paced lifestyles to cleanse their souls. The project covers an area of 3000 square meters, including 9 courtyards and a total of 14 guest rooms. The homestay building is situated on the mountain and harmoniously coexists with the village and surrounding natural environment, with superior overall conditions. Restaurants, cafes, outdoor swimming pools, camping and other living spaces are scattered in a staggered manner throughout the mountain village.
We are responsible for the overall implementation of building renovation, interior design, and soft decoration in this case. We have renovated the building while preserving its original architectural style, using the most primitive natural materials to fill every room with sunshine and surprise. The public space is based on handmade tiles that are close to the color of rammed earth. The warm white walls have a rough touch, and the top is made of dark wooden boards. Paired with wooden furniture and white sofas, it creates an aesthetic atmosphere similar to Wabi Sabi, with simplicity containing the power of delicacy and tranquility. In the guest room, the beige walls have not been carved much, the wooden furniture exudes warmth, and the linen fabric shows a return to simplicity. Contemporary art pieces are embellished like freehand brushwork, adding a touch of artistic atmosphere to the space. The beauty of daily life, after stripping away all the frivolity and restlessness, reveals a precious purity, which precisely matches people's inner desire for a dwelling state of "living elsewhere".
In the selection of soft furnishings, we try to use dark colors as much as possible to highlight the original spatial feel of the building. The gray coffee color of the leather sofa, the natural wood color of the tables and chairs, and the gray floor tiles complement each other, with light solid color and dark green as embellishments. The overall color scheme is mainly based on natural texture, creating a comfortable and pleasant overall atmosphere.
Light is the key to controlling spatial emotions. Whether it's the corridor or the room, we use adjustable fabric soft decorations to allow light to enter the space in a softer and more natural way, becoming a perceptual experience rooted in daily aesthetics.
