DESCRIPTION

In Lingang Sci-Tech City, a new community featuring industry-city integration, both work and life are non-bounded. As a basic carrier, landscape provides spaces for people to conduct regular activities, such as relaxation, sports and scenery viewing. Furthermore, with our cloud rainbow landscape, multiple diverse spaces are systematically provided for performance, sci-tech interaction, education, parent-child, culture and art. In addition, these activities are combined with the Internet cloud, which makes them more interesting and convenient.
Featuring industry-city integration, Lingang Sci-Tech City offers convenient connection between people and industry. We have designed various types of indoor and outdoor workstations with diversified functions in the rainbow landscape. At meanwhile, we have set up a wealth of functional spaces to accomodate exhibitions, conferences, road shows, promotions and so on; and service spaces for charging and remote connection. All these spaces are systematically distributed and connected by the rainbow landscape.

In the landscape of the southern complex of Lingang Sci-Tech City, one of the key highlights is the rainbow workstations of various functions and shapes, both indoors and outdoors. According to the scale, form and function, the rainbow stations are divided into the following eight types: 1. small workstations; 2. combined workstations; 3. special workstations; 4. relaxation workstations; 5. 3D road show workstations; 6. outdoor mini-theaters; 7. hanging workstations; 8. the rainbow core workstation.

Small workstations, with comfortable awnings, are suitable for 2-4 people to conduct business negotiations or have simple meals. The combined workstations are ideal for multiusers as the spaces can be flexibly combined. The leisure loungers make them applicable for both working and relaxation. Functional plants arranged in special workstations make the latter suitable for special activities, such as smoking and more noisy activities. Relaxation workstations have more diverse types of seating and more flexible combinations. Equipped with display screens, the 3D roadshow workstations feature semi-enclosed interesting 3D spaces, enabling work to be done more effectively. Outdoor mini-theaters are also equipped with displays, workstations and viewing seats for the audience, and the spaces are more open, suitable for holding outdoor departmental communication and other activities with more than 20 attendees. The hanging workstations are specially designed for the second and third floors of the comprehensive office area and are accessible for workforce in the whole area. The hanging structure makes them an unique view in the atrium of the complex. The rainbow core workstation, located in the center of the atrium, is a large integrated workstation space. Due to the distinctive design and sound and light installations, it has become the core of the atrium landscape.
