Mauricio Cardenas Laverde
Doctor of design, Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy
He graduated from the school of architecture, University of Los Andes, with a master's degree from Syracuse University and a Ph.D. in sustainable design from the Polytechnic University of Milan. During his career, he has worked in top international offices, such as Meiji Watanabe & Associates in Tokyo, Renzo Piano architecture studio in Paris, and head of ArupFaçade engineering team in Milan. In 2004, Studio Cardenas Conscious Design was founded in Milan, which conducts creative research, the use of sustainable materials and the development of innovative building technologies. In 2011, the Bootech dry hanging bamboo building system was awarded the "Italian innovator" award by the Italian innovation and technology promotion agency. He was once a professor of Milan Polytechnic University and a visiting professor of Tongji University in Shanghai

Former fashion science director of NABA, now fashion Science Consultant
Our professional activities span the fields of fashion, design and art. We are engaged in the design of industrial and handmade knitted apparel series, the coordination of international fashion and design exhibitions, book publishing and the work with fashion and design magazines, and the creation of textile art works. She enthusiastically knits and embroiders and is one of the founders of Do-knityourself weaving art. Participated in the Do-it-jibun-de exhibition of Muji in Tokyo, and exhibited the Dritto-Rovescio project in Triennale Milano, Milan. He mainly created the "Milan China" design project, which used design as a cultural integration tool to re participate in the artistic interpretation of the window of the Chinese community in Milan.
