The Jiangshan Cloud Eminent project is located in the Jiulong Lake area on the west bank of the Gan River. It has a superior geographical location and excellent natural views, with a first-class river view and a unique 300 square meters layout and Sitting an L-shaped viewing balcony. The project is divided into two parts: the exhibition area and the main area. The demonstration area covers an area of approximately 10000 square meters, while the main area has a landscape area of approximately 32900 square meters Design inspiration and concept: Starting from "cultural return to life", create the unique beauty of Eastern Yuzhang; Explore the deep cultural connotations of the painting "Thousand Miles of Mountains and Rivers" by the famous Northern Song Dynasty artist Wang Ximeng, and further explore the artistic composition of materials and tones in green landscape painting and jointly create the mountains and rivers in the eternal picture scroll, which is the only“The Journey of a Legendary Landscape Painting of Yuzhang”.
Design concept: Immerse yourself in the Eastern landscape, integrate nature externally, and enjoy an artistic garden internally. "Living in the scenery" is the core concept of the region in the early stages of design; The 'first generation mansion' cannot be a superficial label, but a real experience integrated into life.
Landscape of Demonstration Zone: The site space is rectangular, and the landscape and architectural design use curved and streamlined elements to soften and enhance the interlocking degree of various functions of the site, as well as the functional stickiness of the space.
Main entrance: Turn into the venue from Longxing Street; Two rows of beech trees form a ceremonial entrance space, with a full and continuous micro terrain overlapping the natural skeleton. The water scenery and gushing springs light up the steps leading to the sales center. There is a centrifugal circular art sculpture at the center of the water scenery, with a smooth surface and a sky blue glazed luster. The inner ring is a staggered crystal geometric pattern, expressing the form of the first appearance of gemstones.
Get the theater done: cross the water surface, float slowly uphill along Qingshan, and arrive at the sales center on the second floor; The central area outside the venue is a lush and green Gaoding Theater, designed for future off-site activities and expansion. It features a leisure platform that seamlessly blends with nature; Children's playground: The greenery of Gaoding Theater spreads northward, making it a more fully shaded area. There is a children's play area under the forest, which is an expansion of the venue's functions and a future supporting facility for the park.

Fish Leaping Back to the Hall: Through the scroll, there is an art installation in the shape of water droplets at the center of the water feature, simulating the layered pouring form of bluestone green glaze due to high-temperature calcination. The concept of "Four Waters Returning to the Hall" above comes from the courtyard of Jiangnan. The sky shines leisurely, the hanging waterfall suddenly appears, the sound of water is clear and rippling leisurely, evoking an indescribable tranquility and depth in the heart. As time passes, light and shadow constantly change on the courtyard walls, giving the landscape a unique dynamic and mysterious feeling.
