DESCRIPTION

The project Flower Hall Square is located in the East District Street Fire Village, Fire Village Village, the first ancestor of the village for the Ming Dynasty Hongwu Zhong Zhong Luo Gang Shou Cui Xuan eldest son of Tanyu Le Gong, Tanyu Le's fourth son of Lan Cui, adults separated to the flower hall, gradually multiplied to form the current Flower Hall Square, has been more than 600 years of history. The village is situated in the north-south direction, with the mountains at its back and the water at its face, making it a Guangfu village with a comb-style layout. In the internal planning of Hopscotch Central City, Flower Hall Square is benchmarked against Guangzhou Yongqingfang and Chengdu Taikoo Li, and has been built as a 30,000-square-foot ancient village cultural street, preserving the ancient architectural buildings, utilizing the traditional scale of the streets and alleys, combining the traditional cultural customs of Guangzhou Huangpu Folklore Pineapple Festival Temple Fairs, and blending innovations of trendy culture. As a result, the blueprint for a distinctive humanistic landmark with memory, culture, life and quality was born, and the thousand-year-old alley was about to be revitalized. Therefore, our design preserves the historical and cultural heritage and integrates it with contemporary urban life. Spatially, we maximize the respect for the local traditional history, and create a mix and match retro texture by combining Lingnan elements with modern methods. Functionally, the design starts from a commercial space perspective, with the three main business modes of catering, coffee and bookstore as the theme functions. In terms of layout, in order to minimize dismantling and alteration after delivery, the three major businesses are distributed independently in the spatial layout, which is convenient for separate investment after delivery.
