DESCRIPTION

This project features a duplex villa that showcases the prosperity and distinct charm of the city through traditional design approaches. With an orange palette, the furnishings combine materials such as stone, leather, metal, and fabric to highlight the low-key luxury and minimalist style. Some unconventional furniture and accessories embellish the space, adding vibrancy and an element of surprise and resulting in an upscale and elegant living ambiance. Artworks with the theme of light and shadow are dotted throughout the space, creating a sense of tranquility and comfort that is "hidden away from the city", serving as a heterotopia in the urban skyline. The first floor provides an open and flexible living space for the family. The circular salon-style layout of the living room incorporates the balcony, making the space larger and forming a comfortable and coherent layout. The modular sofa is flexible and changeable, making it convenient for gatherings and communication. The wine cabinet's artistic shape adds a finishing touch to the living room, complemented by the chandelier in the dining room to create a fashionable and avant-garde aesthetic residence. The second floor houses the rest area where the master bedroom features a bold and private all-inclusive design. The restrained luxurious bedding exudes quality and refinement of everyday life. The furnishings and decorations in the space extend the function of a workplace and study to create a more versatile space. The overall space is decorated with metal accessories, leather, and soft fabrics to create an exclusive and romantic quality of life. The space also features a terrace on the second floor, with natural comfort as its artistic conception and floral design as its theme to cater to the personality of the homeowner. The guest bedrooms on the two-story home are divided into an elderly room and a children's room through different soft decoration styles, with well-organized furniture and accessories that enrich the space layers.
