DESCRIPTION

This project is a private residential townhouse , located in the urban area of Beijing, the capital of China.
The location of the villa is not far from the owner's workplace, so it will be the owner's future permanent residence.Therefore, for a young couple of four and their young children, a villa should not only meet their current work, life, and social needs, but also have a forward-looking perspective on family life patterns.Therefore, in the design process, full consideration is given to the different scene switching of each space to meet the needs of different periods of life.
The biggest challenge of this project is the control of style. Although de stylization is the ultimate result of high-end design, the elimination of style is an effective means of finding the answer. However, elite homeowners who combine fashion and tradition, youth and stability, are extremely difficult to be moved by any design style or genre. After half a year of exploration, overturning, and starting over, We finally found resonance in the style of Oriental logs.On this basis, the designer integrated a combination of modernism, light luxury, and minimalism, incorporating the natural and profound essence of the Eastern wood spirit, In the end, it successfully portrayed an artistic space that is rich in Eastern cultural charm while still being fashionable and capable.
The building area of this project is over 567 square meters, with three floors above ground and one floor underground. After optimization design, the first floor underground is equipped with a movie room, a chess room, a leisure area, and a storage room; The first floor is equipped with a large hollow living room, dining room, elder room, and large kitchen; On the second floor, there are guest rooms, children's rooms, study rooms, and a piano room that also serves as a reading room; The master suite on the third floor is spacious, with a separate luxury bathroom and cloakroom, as well as a study room and yoga room. It provides residents with a peaceful space for personal enjoyment while enjoying the happiness of family life. It also allows residents to immerse themselves in self-cultivation and relaxation, providing a more spiritual and emotionally rewarding living experience.
