City of Other Cities | Shenzhen Longyu Garden Art Exhibition Center As a typical immigrant city in the south, Shenzhen has an innate spirit of tolerance, cultural diversity, love the new but never tire of the old, advocate modernity but not shy away from tradition, which makes many people from other places in Shenzhen regard it as their second hometown. As a corner of Nancheng, Shenzhen Longyu Exhibition Center accommodates the emotional value of modern people in fast-paced urban life, more like a cultural container, and accommodates the diverse life experiences, values, aesthetics and imagination of high-net-worth people. 01/ The keynote of "City" in other cities Tradition and modernity are born together in the same time and space, and the sense of strewn at random in time and space constitutes an impression given by Shenzhen. Busy urban upstarts will also miss the past in the long river of time in an afternoon when they are building future life buildings. Longyu Exhibition Center hopes to adopt a unique spatial form, so that the city and space can be separated slowly, and adopt an arc-shaped entrance to conceal the direction of entry, which constitutes the overlapping of time and space and vaguely points to the direction of entry, so that the process of entering the exhibition center presents a slowly released secret atmosphere. As a space where cultural spirit is concentrated, people can't help thinking that there are so many possibilities within the radius of life by using the arc structural prototype to form the internal outline of the space. The arc is applied to the wall and roof. Compared with the traditional sloping roof, the arc shape has an innate sense of freedom and strength, which makes people feel interesting walking in it. Adopt a calm warm tone as the overall tone of the space, and between the stone and the wood, there is a natural silence. 02/ Blending of Path and Sight For the exhibition center whose spatial function is not obvious, the main way of experience is to watch, so the path of wandering becomes the main expression of design. The design regards this space as a veranda to enjoy leisure with relatives and friends, and what kind of space makes people want to stay without being bored. Taking the sculpture art of' Ma' as the visual center, the sublimation of' Ma' culture can not be separated from the praise of literati, which makes visitors feel the profound meaning of traditional culture head-on. After entering the sinking negotiation area through the sculpture exhibition hall, they not only feel suddenly enlightened, but also feel the stability of being wrapped, so that the atmosphere can be relaxed between conversations. With the addition of surprises that can be obtained everywhere, the design is not in a hurry to present it with both hands, but waiting for people to walk into it to discover and explore, and the occasional gains are even more impressive. 03/ Dialogue in Graceful Space The intensity of light makes the space itself alive. The wooden grating screens the light, isolates the noise of reality, makes the spirit stay in the present, and follows the change of capture time with the body and sight. The focus and dispersion of the lights break up the space, presenting a dialogue that seems to have nothing, with the implicit style of the East. The whole space is divided by a wooden grille, which makes the tour path seem to have an unknown charm. "The meaning of painting comes first, and the meaning of painting comes first". The teahouse adopts a red background, with horses as the pen and ink elements, echoing the sculptures in the exhibition hall, forming continuity in context. 04/ Brush strokes of life scenes In the scene of writing life, LDK living room integrated space, the possibility of folding space, the migratory space layout with life as the core, the overall gray-black tone as the bottom, fading away the complicated decoration, and echoing the rational and simple aesthetic. Soft-packed homes with a distinct sense of volume fit the living pursuit of contemporary people, and perceive the affinity scale of space with the infinite interaction between body and home. Although art is often divorced from life, it also leads life, allowing people to see that daily life is far more than the fireworks in front of them, as well as poetry and distance. With the perspective of contemporary art, the flat design links art and life again and lights up the imagination of future lifestyle.
