PROJECT
DESCRIPTION
The project is located in Qilihe District, Lanzhou City. It is adjacent to the "World Olympic Center" in the north, the school affiliated to Northwest Normal University in the west, and the riverside landscape belt is planned in the south. It is about 700 meters away from Shen'an Bridge South Station of Metro Line 1. The transportation is convenient and the supporting resources are rich. The innovative pilot project with the advanced concept of "future community" as the core, through the unique product concept of "one heart, three cultures and seven scenes", provides the owner with a "wonderful life" as the center; Take "humanization, ecology and artistry" as the three-dimensional value orientation; A new urban functional unit that focuses on the growth and accompanying needs of the whole life chain and leads the future lifestyle change.
Future service scene: The community lobby with suspended art reflects the first impression of the future community based on the logo of the architectural design, and is the first stop of the owner's service experience.
Future traffic scene: The dynamic line design of both ground and underground return home is adopted to realize the "return home without wind and rain" of the underground lobby, and demonstrate etiquette and warmth. The suspended art lobby is a sunken square integrating multiple services, creating a three-dimensional and multi-level shared space, and creating a community cultural landmark.
Future neighborhood scene: The all-age supporting system is equipped with a 150 ㎡ multi-functional owner lounge, where owners can socialize and relax in the central landscape, form a vibrant and beautiful community, and start a new mode of life in the future.
Future education scene: The main entrance of the community is close to the school, creating a centralized supporting facility, setting up 5:30 school, community library, art classroom, elderly happiness school and other educational places.
Future health scene: according to the health needs of different people, the gymnasium, dance classroom, youth and elderly activity center and other supporting spaces are built indoors, which meet the health needs of community residents in many aspects.
