Elements: water - boat - book
A walk through the streets of Shaoxing takes you to picturesque swimming pools and the city of water in the design of Huafa City sales office, which is shaped like a glasshouse box, as well as a small cabin that is parked in the city; People, things, and landscape become a seamless whole.
Within the context of "go to the sales offices" and The Times and vision, the real estate also emerges at this historical moment, with new thinking for the construction of new urban space, to develop a new generation of the sales center, tries to break through the boundaries of the sales scenario with a box, into rich elements such as text and sound, creating a coffee house, a book club, and building an immersive community where social interaction, experience delivery, art exploration, and visitors can play, thereby bringing sustainability into the real world.

Jinghu Lake's calm and shimmering water changes with the light and shadow of the day, and the spirit of the day also enhances the spectacular views of water and sky. Translucent landscape glass is used to evoke the sound of space.
Especially when viewing the facade of the building, the idea of the open, transparent, and texture of art dancing like pieces of lampshades and lanterns of fog and rainclouds are evoked, making one think of the ancient town of Shaoxing, the intellectual family culture.
