The project faces two major challenges.The Challenge: First, the Present State Building of the Park was built in the 1990s.An old factory building. It's an experiment for biological research.The light collection in the room is severely insufficient to meet the needs of modern scientific research office use.Second, the exterior appearance of the building is old and does not conform to the image of the business in the new era.
Strategies for Architectural Remodeling 1:
Find the integration and contrast of "new" and "old"scientifically updated architectural appearance,
